The Sweet is a one-bedroom condo in the same building as the Treehouse, The Retro, ATX House, Heart House and The Studio, however it is the most private unit in the building. The front patio sits opposite to Trailside Drive. The bedroom features a Luxury Tempurpedic king bed, 2 closets, a dresser, and a large full length standing mirror.
The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to cook with as well as organic locally roasted coffee beans and grinder, an assortment of teas, half & half, sweeteners, utensils, a blender, toaster, water boiler, Britta water filter, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is a free laundry room on this level as well.
All of our units have irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, make up wipes and 4 sets of towels including beach towels to take to Barton Springs Pool. Additional linens and baby equipment available on request.
Other amenities include: free reserved parking, wifi, tv, roku with netflix, coded dead bolt, and a welcome book with city and trail maps and local information.
You just won’t find a better value for this location and size of the unit. The Sweet most certainly is sweet!
Base Rates: $129/weeknight - $149/weekend night - $825/week $2450/month (higher rates for March and October - please inquire)
