The two bedroom/one bathroom “Kaleido House” is the largest unit in the Zilker Vacations family. It features by far the most original art and colorful decor to go along with the spacious vaulted wood beamed ceilings. There are several eclectic David Marsh pieces of furniture along with Peach's kaleidoscopic art.
The Kaleido House is located just a few blocks from Zilker Park and Barton Springs Pool, the perfect location to enjoy everything that Austin has to offer. There is easy walking access to many of Austin’s famous restaurants as well as the outdoor paradise that is Zilker Park. Take a dip in the 68 degree waters of Barton Springs after enjoying a hike through the Barton Creek Greenbelt or a stroll around Lady Bird Lake. After a day outdoors, you’re only a short walk back!
The bathroom has gotten a complete makeover, with all new double vanity, toilet, tub/shower, custom tile work and high end fixtures.
The vaulted beamed knotty pine wood ceilings make the over 1000 square feet seem even bigger. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle cooking big meals, and the Whole Foods world headquarters or Trader Joe's is just a few miles away. Several convenience stores are closer by.
There is a Tempurpedic king bed in the master bedroom and two XL twins in the second bedroom, which can be made up as a king upon request. There is a queen-sized pull out sofa bed in the living room as well. This property can sleep 6 adults if you don't mind two on the sofa bed. We can offer a 6' long sleeping mat for an extra person as well.
The tiled kitchen is well furnished with everything you need to cook. Along with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, we also provide organic local coffee beans, grinder, sweetener, half and half, and an assortment of teas. We also stock basic oils, spices and a water filter.
Other amenities include: WiFi, living room TV with Roku and antenna for local channels, small TV with Roku in Master bedroom, washer/dryer in house, reserved off-street parking, bath and beach towels along with our world class guest service! We even have beach mats, noodles and/or camp chairs, additional linens, floor sleeping mat, bed rails, baby equipment, pet furniture covers, crate or gate available upon request.

Base Rates: $199/weeknight - $219/weekend night - $1200/week $3600/month (higher rates for March and October - please inquire)

$100 cleaning fee, $50 pet fee and 17% hotel tax applies to all rentals that are less than 30 days unless you are active military on official business or have some other tax exempt status with appropriate forms.
