This has been many people’s personal favorite for one reason: the patio.
There’s nothing like waking up every morning and feeling the sun shining through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room while you sip your coffee and contemplate the day. It literally feels like your up in a treehouse. The covered patio has comfy furniture to enjoy the fresh air and view.
This unit features two bedrooms and a “Hollywood” bathroom, which has a second sink/vanity in the Master Bedroom that can be closed off from the main bathroom.
This is the perfect place for a family coming to enjoy what Austin has to offer or two couples for a music festival or a weekend out on the town. There is one king bed, a full-size bed in the smaller second bedroom and a if you end up with a 5th wheel we can put a twin bed mat in the living area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, such as coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric water boiler, toaster, blender, cookware, silverware, ceramic and plastic dishes, four burner stove, oven, microwave and Britta Filter Pitcher.
other amenities include: 4 sets of towels including beach towels for Barton Springs, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, HD TV with 101 cable channels, ROKU with Netflix, board games, high-speed internet, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & Lotion, make-up removal wipes and other basic bathroom essentials. There is a free laundry room downstairs and a gas grill out front for your use as well. Additional linens, Sleeping mat, bed rails, baby equipment, pet furniture covers, dog crate or baby gate available upon request.
Base Rates: $175/weeknight - $195/weekend night - $1050/week $3150/month (higher rates for March and October - please inquire)

$100 cleaning fee, $50 pet fee and 17% hotel tax applies to all rentals that are less than 30 days unless you are active military on official business or have some other tax exempt status with appropriate forms.
